Pricing and plans
Free is free for good, for up to 10 students. Pro adds unlimited students and the full Zuno routine; we'll announce its price before 31 January 2027. Coaches in the founding cohort get Pro free until then, and then a founding rate that's locked for 24 months from your first payment.
You start on Pro, free until 31 January 2027. We'll tell you your founding rate at least 30 days before anything is charged, and it's locked for 24 months from your first payment. Then you can choose Pro or move to Free (up to 10 students, 30 WhatsApp reminders a month). Nothing is charged unless you choose Pro.
You'll know your founding rate at least 30 days before anything changes. It's locked for 24 months from your first payment; after that we give at least 90 days' notice of any change, and it never goes above the standard Pro price. Nothing is charged unless you choose Pro. If you'd rather not, you can move to Free (the founding rate ends if you do).
No. Clazuno charges 0% commission on both Free and Pro. Clients pay you online and the money goes to you; only the standard card processing fee applies.
Each active client you coach counts as one student. A parent who logs in to follow their child doesn't count separately.
Nothing breaks. For the rest of that month, reminders go out by email and app notification instead, and the WhatsApp allowance resets next month. Pro has unlimited WhatsApp reminders.
Independent coaches, tutors and instructors who want to shape Clazuno with us. Spots are limited: the founding cohort is capped at the first 100 coaches, and it closes at that number or at public launch, whichever comes first. Founding coaches get a direct line to the founders, and we import your schedule and clients for you.
Yes, any time. Your data is yours: you can export it whenever you like.
Zuno
Zuno briefs you every morning, flags schedule changes, sends your invoices and payment reminders on the schedule you set, and checks reschedules and cancellations against your policy. You can type or talk to it: "Create my Saturday class" or "Who owes me this week?"
Only for the routine you've set up: invoices and payment reminders go out automatically on your rules. Anything personal, like a tricky message to a parent, Zuno drafts and waits for your OK.
No. You add a quick summary after each session, and you decide what's shared with the client. Your private notes are never shown to them.
For clients and parents
Their own login with a password, on the Clazuno app or the web: schedule, sessions left, the notes you share, progress and invoices. Parents can switch between their own profile and each child. It's free for them, always.
By WhatsApp, email and app notifications. On Free, WhatsApp reminders are capped at 30 a month; after that they continue by email and app.
Getting started
No. It's built for independent coaches of all kinds: tutors, music teachers, swim coaches, dance teachers, sports coaches (tennis, badminton, pickleball, football), yoga instructors and personal trainers.
Yes. Clazuno syncs both ways with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, and flags clashes before they happen.
Set up your class, tell us how you bill and review your cancellation policy, and Zuno takes it from there. Founding coaches can send us their schedule and client list, and we'll import it for them.
