Questions therapists ask
What is Clazuno for therapists?
Clazuno is an AI-assisted admin app for independent therapists, such as physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and auditory-verbal therapists. It runs your session schedule, sends invoices and reminders, and keeps clients and families updated in one place.
Is Clazuno a clinical records system?
No. Clazuno handles scheduling, billing and communication. It is not designed to hold clinical assessments or formal treatment records, so keep those in your clinical system.
Can I send new clients an intake form?
Yes. Build your own intake form and add your terms, and clients or their parents complete them when they enrol or in the Clazuno app. Acceptance of your terms is recorded with a date and time. You write the questions, so you are responsible for what you ask and how the answers are used. Keep intake to what you need to schedule and bill, such as referral source, goals and availability, and keep clinical assessments and treatment records in your clinical system.
Can parents or carers manage a child's sessions?
Yes. A parent or carer can be linked to a child's profile, so they see the schedule and invoices and can pay online.
Can I run online sessions?
Yes. Online sessions get a Google Meet link, and clients see it with the session details.
Does Clazuno handle insurance claims?
No. Clazuno does not submit insurance claims. It bills your clients directly and they pay you online.
Do clients need to pay for the app?
No. Clients get a free login and can use the Clazuno app or any web browser.
How do payments work, and does Clazuno take a cut?
Clients pay online by card or QR code, through Stripe, and the money goes to you. Available payment methods depend on your country. Clazuno charges 0% commission. Standard payment-processor fees from Stripe apply.
How much does it cost?
Founding-cohort members get Pro free until 31 January 2027, and Clazuno charges 0% commission on payments (standard payment-processor fees apply). You will be told your founding rate at least 30 days before anything is charged, and it is locked for 24 months from your first payment.
