Term & Conditions

Effective date: 1 August 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

Clazuno Pte. Ltd. ("Clazuno", "we", "us") provides a business-management platform for independent coaches and instructors, including Zuno, our AI assistant. These Terms govern your use of the platform (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

There are three kinds of users:

  • Coaches — independent instructors who run their business on Clazuno.

  • Parents — adults who hold an account to view and manage a child's coaching activity.

  • Learners — the people being coached. Under-18 learners do not hold their own accounts; their information sits inside a parent's account.

2. Accounts
  • You must be at least 13 to create an account.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account.

  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. The coach–learner relationship (important)

Clazuno is a tool that coaches use to run their business. We are not a party to any agreement between a coach and their learners or the learners' parents. Coaching services, session content, pricing, scheduling promises, refunds between a coach and their learner, and the quality of coaching are entirely between the coach and the learner/parent.

We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, any coach's services.

4. Coach responsibilities

If you are a coach, you agree that:

  • You have the right to add each learner (or a learner's parent) to Clazuno.

  • For any learner under 18, you have obtained the necessary consent from that learner's parent or legal guardian before entering their information into Clazuno, and you can produce evidence of that consent if asked.

  • You will only enter learner information that you are entitled to hold and process.

  • You are the party responsible (the "controlling organisation") for the learner data you put into Clazuno. Clazuno processes that data on your instructions, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

  • You will not use the Service to send spam, unlawful content, or anything that harms a learner.

If a parent or learner asks you to stop using their data or delete it, you are responsible for acting on that request and, where needed, instructing us.

5. Zuno (our AI assistant)

Zuno helps you run your business — drafting messages, logging sessions, surfacing bookings, and similar tasks.

  • Zuno can make mistakes. Output is a draft for you to review, not professional advice. You are responsible for checking anything before you act on it or send it.

  • Some Zuno actions send content to a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic's Claude API) to generate a response. See the Privacy Policy for details.

  • Zuno does not send messages to learners on your behalf without your review and approval, except where a feature clearly states it is automatic and you have switched it on.

6. Payments and subscriptions

During the founding-cohort beta, the Service (or parts of it) may be free. Free access can change or end with notice.

  • Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices and billing frequency are shown before you subscribe.

  • All fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the current period.

  • Payments between a coach and their learners (for example, session invoices) are handled through the coach's own payment setup. Clazuno is not the merchant for those payments and is not responsible for them.

  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone's rights using the Service.

  • Upload harmful code, or try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.

  • Use the Service to harass, harm, or exploit any person, especially a minor.

  • Resell or white-label the Service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

8. Your content and our platform
  • You keep ownership of your content (your business info, session logs, messages, learner data you enter).

  • You give us a licence to host, process, and display that content only as needed to run the Service for you and as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • We own the Service itself — the software, Zuno, our branding, and design. You get a limited right to use it while your account is active.

9. Availability, changes, and beta status

The Service is provided "as is." During beta especially, features may change, break, or be removed. We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • We may update, add, or remove features at any time.

  • We may change these Terms. If we make a material change, we'll give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the change.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (for example, lost profits or lost data), or for anything arising from the coach–learner relationship.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) SGD 100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims and costs arising from: your breach of these Terms, your content, your coaching services, or your failure to obtain the consents you promised (including parental consent for minors).

12. Ending your account
  • You can close your account at any time by instructing us.

  • We can suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Service.

  • What happens to your data on closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
