What is Clazuno for holiday programmes?
Clazuno is an AI-assisted admin app for independent coaches and tutors. For holiday camps, clinics, workshops and bootcamps, it gives you a booking page, collects payment upfront, caps the number of places and keeps families updated, alongside your regular term-time classes.
Which kinds of programmes does it work for?
Any programme that runs on fixed dates: sports camps and clinics, dance bootcamps, art workshops, music intensives, swim camps and holiday tuition.
Can families pay for the whole programme upfront?
Yes. Families pay online when they book and are enrolled into every day of the programme, so the money is in before the first session.
Can a child attend only some of the days?
Yes. Families can book the full programme or only the days they need.
Can I limit the number of places?
Yes. Each programme can have a maximum number of places.
Who can make a booking?
A parent can book for their child, an adult can book for themselves, and anyone can book on behalf of someone else. Parents with more than one child switch between them in one login.
Do I need my own website?
No. You get a booking page you can share as a link on WhatsApp, Instagram or anywhere else. If you have a website, you can link to it from there.
Does it work for my regular classes too?
Yes. Holiday programmes sit alongside your recurring term-time classes and one-to-one sessions, each with its own schedule and billing.
How do payments work, and does Clazuno take a cut?
Families pay online by card or QR code, through Stripe, and the money goes to you. Available payment methods depend on your country. Clazuno charges 0% commission. Standard payment-processor fees from Stripe apply.
How much does it cost?
Founding-cohort members get Pro free until 31 January 2027, and Clazuno charges 0% commission on payments (standard payment-processor fees apply). You will be told your founding rate at least 30 days before anything is charged, and it is locked for 24 months from your first payment.
