For music teachers
Manage lessons, lesson notes and term fees in one place. Zuno, your AI assistant, chases payments and keeps parents updated so you can get back to the music.
You teach music. The admin plays out of tune.
Lessons that move every week
Exams, school events and illness mean a different schedule every week, and every change is a round of messages.
“Did we do a lesson last Wednesday?”
Lesson counts, make-ups and term fees live in a notebook, and the numbers never quite agree with the parent's.
Progress that lives in your head
Parents ask how their child is getting on, and the honest answer is a paragraph you never have time to write.
Term fees and awkward reminders
Some families pay early, some forget, and you would rather be teaching than chasing.
Lessons, notes and fees in one place
Clazuno gives independent music teachers a schedule, billing and a family portal, with an AI assistant called Zuno doing the routine work.
Recurring lessons, calendar in sync
Set weekly one-to-one lessons or small group classes. Clashes are flagged and Google and Apple Calendar stay in sync.
Packages, terms or monthly billing
Bill by the lesson, the month or a bundle. Everyone can see how many lessons are left.
Cancellations, checked
Reschedules are checked against your cancellation policy, so a missed lesson does not turn into a debate.
Lesson notes that travel home
Add a short note after each lesson, such as what to practise next, and share what you choose.
Milestones students can see
Mark milestones such as a first piece performed or an exam passed, so progress is visible to student and parent.
Automated billing
Invoices and reminders go out on your schedule. Families pay online, including by PayNow, and the money goes straight to you. Clazuno takes 0% commission.
What students and parents see
Each family gets a login with the lesson schedule, your notes and invoices. Parents with more than one child switch between them in a tap.
- ✓Upcoming lessons and remaining balance

What is Clazuno for music teachers?
Clazuno is an AI-assisted admin app for independent music teachers. It runs your lesson schedule, tracks packages, sends invoices and reminders, and shares lesson notes with students and parents.
Can I teach one-to-one lessons and group classes?
Yes. Recurring one-to-one lessons and small group classes sit side by side, each with its own schedule and billing.
Can I share what to practise after each lesson?
Yes. Add a note after each lesson and choose what to share. Your private notes are never shown to students or parents.
Can it handle my cancellation and make-up policy?
Reschedules and cancellations are checked against the policy you set, and clashes are flagged before they happen. You stay in control of any exception.
